Subtractive precision

CNC Machining

±0.005 mm tolerances. From prototype to 50,000 pieces.

3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC milling, Swiss-type lathes, and EDM for titanium, aluminum, copper, stainless, and engineering plastics. In-line CMM and tool-life management means the 50,000th part is the same as the first.

Sheet Metal

Enclosures, brackets, panels. Down to ±0.1 mm bend tolerance.

Laser cut, punch, bend, weld, and finish — aluminum, mild steel, stainless, copper, and brass. Powder-coat, anodize, and silk-screen finishing in-line. From a one-off prototype to a 10,000-enclosure program.

High-volume plastic

Injection Molding

P20 → S136 tooling. From T1 part to 1M-shot ramp.

P20, S136, NAK80, and beryllium-copper tooling, all built by mould-makers we name. Insert moulding, family moulds, two-shot, and over-moulding. Materials from ABS to PEEK to LSR silicone.

Additive when it earns its place

3D Printing

SLA, SLS, FDM, DMLS, PolyJet. From appearance model to lattice flight part.

Five additive processes, each chosen against your part — not against our utilisation curve. SLA for visual; SLS for nylon production; DMLS for titanium and AlSi10Mg; PolyJet for multi-material soft + rigid; FDM for jigs and tooling.

PCB + assembly + box-build

PCB & PCBA

2 → 32 layer stack-ups. Flex, rigid-flex, and HDI on the same line.

Bare-board fabrication, SMT + THT assembly, X-ray on every BGA, and box-build. Stack-ups from 2 to 32 layers, line / space down to 2 mil / 2 mil. Aerospace-spec polyimide and high-rel programs on the same factory floor.
